5S, the work philosophy at EUN

At EUN we are committed to the 5S approach to workplace organization, order and cleanliness for coherence and consistency since our mission—our raison d'être—is space optimization for efficient content storage and management.

At EUN we understand excellence as a journey, not a goal... and the journey that EUN is taking towards organizational excellence, order and cleanliness has reached several milestones:

• In 2019, we joined the Euskalit 5S Club.
• In 2020, our headquarters were awarded the 5S Silver Diploma (in the first remote audit conducted by Euskalit, since it was carried out in the middle of the COVID-19 lockdown).
• In 2021, we earned 5S Gold at our headquarters in Beasain and at EUN Mexico. 

We have reassessed our headquarters in 2023 through external audits conducted on July 5 in Mexico City and on July 13 in Beasain (EUN headquarters), following our 5S certifications.

These achievements are testimony to EUN’s efforts towards ongoing improvement, and we are extremely proud of the excellent results obtained thanks to the efforts and hard work of each and every EUNdarra.
