GSBO: where collaboration meets insight

Months ago, Growing Spaces for Better Organizations was just an idea scribbled on a blackboard. It had no name, no content, no venue, no participants. But one thing was crystal clear: this had to be a genuinely human-centered forum. 

For two days, over a hundred experts came together in an atmosphere of learning, friendship, and inspiration to identify our challenges and brainstorm solutions, with the confidence that comes from embarking on a journey in good company.

While we carefully planned the GSBO agenda, our real hope was for you, the participants, to shake things up and make it your own.
We’re thrilled to have launched this community. It’s now a reality, and together, we’ll continue building this platform to tackle bigger challenges, strengthen our connections, and enhance our work.
