EUN completes the “Building a New Model of Relationships” project, strengthening a people-centered culture.

EUN has successfully completed the “Building a New Model of Relationships – Elkarrekin Eraikiz” project, carried out throughout 2025 in collaboration with Ingroup.

This initiative consolidates a path begun in 2019 with the “Leadership Workshops” and further developed in 2023 with the “EUNdarrak Employer Branding Plan”, placing the organization at a new stage of cultural maturity and teamwork.

Throughout this journey, the team has worked to define its mission and purpose, aligning everyone towards shared and common objectives. This approach has been supported by the creation of a space of trust and safety, the development of deeper organizational empathy, and the improvement of key communication and attentive listening skills.

Highlighted topics include:

• Team building and the “EUN life line”, connecting with the history, lessons, resources and values that sustain the project (“Team Building” itinerary).

• Key aspects of team functioning: the task, the purpose, the ground rules and the roles, as well as the diagnosis of the “five team dysfunctions” and their action plan.

• Relationships within the team: recognition of mental frameworks and mind traps, emotional regulation to reduce reactivity, and cultivating an appreciative outlook among departments.

• Constructive communication: identifying “toxins” and their “antidotes”, practicing attentive listening, gratitude, and resolving conflicts through co-created solutions.

• Conflict management: understanding conflict as a natural and necessary element of team performance, distinguishing artificial conflicts (stemming from poor communication), and using tools such as the “conflict traffic light” and coping styles oriented towards co-creation.

This work has had a direct impact on how we relate and collaborate: greater trust to face challenges, more openness to express emotions, improved meetings and coordination, the boost of a culture that learns from mistakes, and more visible mutual support in daily work. Furthermore, individual empowerment oriented towards the common goal has been fostered, with greater self-knowledge and responsibility, leading to more motivated teams and better organizational results.

At EUN, we are convinced that this people-centered approach will reinforce both individual development and collective success, consolidating a work environment that values well-being, human connection, and the “everything is possible” team attitude.

This project was made possible thanks to the collaboration of Ingroup and the momentum provided by the LIDERATU-EUNDARRAK project, developed with the support and funding of the Department of Economic Promotion and Strategic Projects of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, within the framework of the program to promote employment quality in Gipuzkoa.
