EUN Receives Innobideak Programme Grant to Promote Employee-Company Engagement

EUN has received a grant from SPRI Group via the Innobideak Pertsonak programme that promotes employee-company engagement with a new management model.

SPRI has published the interview with EUN chief executive Alberto Lorenzo Mitxelena and chief financial and people officer Nerea Eguren, daughter of the founder, on its website, where they explain that EUN -which they describe as a company that upholds its family character- aspires to get its employees, or EUNdarrak, to “think of it as a home away from home”. The SPRI Group grant is therefore intended to improve people management, which began with assessing the work climate “that helped us put our house in order and establish five lines of action:

  •  attraction, selection, compensation and care

  • knowledge and talent management

  • communication, commitment and motivation

  • leadership

  • OHS

The Innobideak Pertsonak programme was of additional help because it was not only economic but entailed acknowledgement by SPRI technical officers, which is an intangible benefit that motivates us”, said Alberto Lorenzo Mitxelena and Nerea Eguren.
