As part of the recent International Archives Week 2025 (IAW2025), we present a selection of archive projects in which EUN has applied its comprehensive methodology: assessment, custom solution design, and specialized implementation.
These projects not only optimize space but also enhance content preservation and incorporate digital solutions for agile, secure, and traceable records management. Features such as real-time document location, loan and return tracking, and a complete movement history strengthen archival efficiency and process unification.
Multi-site Management of the Full Legal Case Lifecycle
In the "colmena" courts of the Judiciary of the State of Mexico, EUN has implemented a comprehensive solution that combines 610E mobile systems—which remain open during the day for quick access to case files and automatically lock at the end of the day—with our EUN Logic® document management software. This solution digitally manages the entire lifecycle of case files, and was implemented without interrupting daily operations, including integration with their existing cataloging software to ensure continuity, traceability, and efficiency.
Digital Management of Over 15 Million Contracts and 1,000 Daily Loans
At Nissan Renault Finance Aguascalientes, Mexico, EUN deployed a complete solution integrating our EUN Logic® management software to centrally handle over 15 million leasing contracts. The platform efficiently manages more than 1,000 document loan processes per day. This digital solution is complemented by the installation of 18 620E mobile systems.

The Borgenhaugen Municipal Archive project involved expanding the existing 6 km of storage to a total of 40 km. The solution combines 630E double-level mobile systems and the Storage Operating System.
