620E Electronic Mobile Storage System at New Huawei Head Office

Adaptation to space, documentation and environment by the 620E, maximising storage space at the new Huawei head office.

Huawei is a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices.

For its new headquarters at Av. Paseo del Mar, Panama City, and together with Organitec Panamá, we installed the 620E Electronic Mobile Storage System for the company to store its customer contract paperwork.

Two types of retrofitting were implemented to fully pivot to the document type used - one for hanging files using racks, and the other with shelving for boxes of files. This solution allowed the organisation to streamline its storage space and have its files properly organised in the new offices.

The company chose vinyl front panels for the 620E with a view to integrating the filing system in the corporate offices, customising it with a large piece of vinyl featuring the Bridge of the Americas to create a striking visual.
