At EUN, we strongly believe in continuous improvement, both in our products and in the way we work.
That’s why, as part of our strategic plan, we set ourselves the goal of continuing to grow while also strengthening our internal efficiency.
We carried out an in-depth analysis of how we operate, identifying the strengths that already bring solid results, as well as areas where we can improve.
Based on this, we organized several internal workshops with participation from different departments, aiming to gather diverse perspectives and proposals to optimize how we work.
We have already started implementing the first improvements, and the initial results are positive.
