EUN DAY 2025: Reflection, innovation, and a business model for the future
EUN DAY 2025 has been a key meeting point for the EUNdarrak community, with celebrations in Beasain and Mexico City on March 28 and April 2. These days allowed us not only to analyze the closing of the 2024 fiscal year and the results of the System Review (RSD) but also to lay the groundwork for the future with transformative initiatives.
Beyond reflection and analysis, the event served to strengthen the organizational culture, promoting the exchange of ideas and the construction of a shared vision. The day concluded with an atmosphere of camaraderie, reaffirming the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
But the transformation doesn’t stop there. On March 28 and April 3, during EUN DAY, we took a further step towards innovation with the presentation of GSBO, our new business model.

GSBO: A model for sustainable growth
GSBO is born as a strategy designed to strengthen sustainability, continuous improvement, and innovation within EUN. Its implementation will not only allow us to adapt to market changes but also to optimize operational efficiency and consolidate our growth globally.
Moreover, to ensure the proper adoption of this model, we will implement GSBE, a program of workshops specifically designed for each area and job position, with a practical focus aligned with the business needs.
EUN Logic: Solutions for the future
GSBO is also supported by EUN Logic, a comprehensive platform that will offer advanced solutions for content management, development of smart spaces, and automation of key processes through RFID technology.
With these initiatives, we reaffirm our commitment to operational excellence and constant evolution. EUN DAY 2025 has not only been a space for reflection but also the starting point of a new era for EUN. Together, we continue to move forward with determination towards a future of growth and success.
