EUN Hub hosts the practical sessions for Growing Spaces for Better Organizations
Two weeks after the successful Growing Spaces for Better Organizations, we’re delighted to continue to share highlights from one of the most interesting components of the seminar: the event’s second day.
Following a first day of expert lectures, forums, and visits to key facilities like Gordailua, Medialab, and Filmoteka, the second day was all about hands-on experiences. Attendees participated in tailored workshops at EUN Hub, each designed specifically for either the archive, library or museum sectors.
In the archive section, participants explored EUN Logic’s functionalities, including digital lending. Features such as content movement traceability, automatic deadline alerts, and file lifecycle management drew particular interest.

When it came to the library sector, participants got to see how new technologies can revolutionize management. Using EUN Logic, they learned to locate books instantly via RFID zoning, manage live traceability, and conduct mass inventories. Success stories demonstrated these features’ seamless integration with existing software.

Museum representatives got to handle 30-ton loads with the 620/620E system and explore the 2x4m tray system for large, delicate object storage. Real-world cases of construction site movement traceability and digital control using EUN Logic were also discussed.
