Quality and Satisfaction in the Project Management for the Faculty of Medicine in Ciudad Real
The University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM), a leading academic institution in the region with campuses across four provincial capitals, entrusted EUN with improving the document management system for its Faculty of Medicine in Ciudad Real.
The project, carried out in the University Archive located in the semi-basement of the Polivalente building, has been marked by overall satisfaction from both the end client and the collaborating team, who highlighted the professionalism demonstrated throughout all phases and the quality of the final outcome, including the careful execution of the installation.
A 620 Mobile Storage System has been installed, customized with the institutional logo and equipped with locks to ensure secure access. The system provides a total capacity of 925 linear metres (7,072 boxes) within just 60 square metres, representing a 150 per cent increase in storage capacity compared to fixed shelving. This solution combines efficiency, security and customization, effectively meeting both the current and future needs of the university archive.
