The 630E dual level system: in an evolutionary project
Lierni Otamendi, head of the Administrative Archive of the Gipuzkoa Provincial Council, explained how EUN’s systems have facilitated archiving, storage, and content management while evolving alongside their space’s needs.
“Our needs have evolved, and EUN’s storage solutions have adapted along with them. We started with stationary shelving and now have energy-efficient options”, she says. The expansion occurred gradually in phases executed step-by-step with the EUN team.
The dual-level system, together with the energy-efficient 630E Double Decker Storage System, has made it possible to triple the storage capacity without any construction work. The archive now houses more than 72,000 boxes of records.
