We recently welcomed the LRQA audit team for the surveillance audit of our ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), and ISO 14006 (ecodesign management) certifications, both at our headquarters in the Basque Country and at our site in Mexico.
This rigorous process assesses the effectiveness of our management system and the development of our key processes.
The audit also confirmed our multisite certification, which recognises the strength and consistency of our management system across different locations.
The results reaffirm that we uphold our standards, with a clear commitment to continuous improvement, sustainability, and the active engagement of our team. The conclusions highlighted progress in areas such as digitalisation, traceability, operational control, ecodesign, and the integration of environmental criteria in decision-making.
