Not only is it an archive, it is a safeguard; Day 2 of the Second Seminar Growing Spaces for Better Organizations

The second day of GSBO2, focused on the archives sector, was a great success, bringing together prominent professionals and experts in the field. This seminar has become a crucial meeting point for the exchange of ideas and experiences, addressing one of the most complex and relevant fields in information management.

He explained the work being carried out in the new building and the management of common services, as well as the service provided to users by centralizing various processes in a single building.
Elizabeth Ruiz Guillen from NR Finance Mexico explained the strategy of gathering all the archives in a vault in the city of Aguascalientes, Mexico, and the importance of safeguarding the valuable documents of their clients for the financial institution. She discussed the transition to the digital world, the difficulties faced in the early stages, as well as the benefits in terms of time, the use of human resources for other tasks, and the reduction of infrastructure.
Juan José Lucio from Grupo Financiero Banorte gave a presentation on the importance of analyzing what valuable documents are retained physically and what non-valuable information is only digitized.
