EUN Promotes a New Model of Relationships in the Workplace

EUN continues its commitment to the growth and personal development of its teams through the implementation of the project “Building a New Model of Relationships,” which will be developed throughout 2025. This project is part of a series of initiatives that began in 2019 with the “Leadership Workshops” and expanded in 2023 with the “Plan EUNdarrak Employer Branding.”

EUN firmly believes that the foundation of any organization is its people. Therefore, this new model aims to build stronger and more meaningful relationships among team members, promoting an environment of trust and psychological safety that enhances the efficiency and well-being of all.

Project Objectives

The project “Building a New Model of Relationships” has several key objectives:

  • Define the mission and purpose of the EUN team, aligning all collaborators towards a common goal.
  • Create a space of trust and psychological safety that fosters collaboration and teamwork.
  • Develop greater organizational empathy by better understanding the needs and aspirations of each team member.
  • Visualize productive conflict as a natural part of professional relationships, recognizing it as an opportunity for growth and learning.
  • Foster communication and active listening skills, essential for open and constructive dialogue.
  • Prevent conflicts by recognizing mental schemas and emotional reactivity, thereby improving problem resolution.
  • Resolve potential conflicts through co-created solutions, promoting the active participation of all involved.
  • Support collaborators in their personal and professional growth through development conversations that strengthen their paths.
